Paxton is experienced with design and development of plan sets, bid processes and requirements, cost estimation, contractor coordination and scheduling, and spatial analysis. He establishes gaging equipment and collects and analyzes streamflow, hydrologic, water quality and sediment data and participates in a range of engineering projects. He has public agency experience identifying water resource engineering projects and acquiring the funding behind each effort. You can find him casting a fly rod over the weekend or sweating over his handle bars on days off.
