Rachel Boitano serves as Balance’s Comptroller, she has been with Balance for over 18 years and brings over 20 years of business experience in management and corporate finance. In collaboration with the Balance’s CEO and CFO she works towards developing long-term financial initiatives to ensure a strong financial foundation. Rachel has implemented Balance financial reporting system and works closely with Balance staff to serve our clients. Her core business competencies include executive leadership, expense planning and control, financial analysis, resource management, FAR compliance, budgeting, contract management, account reconciliation, insurance administration, payables and receivables, and performance appraisals. Rachel currently serves as a director on Balance’s Board of Directors.
